VarioFIX - Supporting frame for load-securing equipment
The chain sling is lying in the corner and is completely tangled up, the round slings are covered in dirt... Such conditions are unacceptable – the safety regulations in place make provision for the proper storage of load-securing equipment. VarioFix offers a whole range of possibilities for adapting the system to daily use.
Chains, lifting bands and wire ropes should hang neatly and in an orderly fashion on the individual, easy-to-assemble attachment points; improvised solutions and unauthorised installations are no longer permissible.
The variable unit assembly system
The VarioFix supporting frame is fully equipped and can be modified at any time. Additional load-securing equipment certainly has its uses – the user does not need to search to find the right sling. Several frames can be assembled next to one another, and the additional option of “rollers” means that the VarioFix supporting frame can be pushed to the place of use in one piece.
Attach, screw in, done – the VarioFix adapter plate is attached to the breadboard, the chosen attachment points are secured via a central screw, and that’s it. Open to new ideas? Of course, other attachment points, for example, for tools, stock items etc., can also be mounted onto the VarioFix adapter plate.
Additional benefits through safety information. As a rule, the instructions for use for load-securing equipment cannot be accessed at the place of use. Both sides of the VarioFix supporting frame bear easy-to-read information tables with important safety tips and the essential tables with the load capacities of lifting straps, wire ropes, chains and attachment points.
