Technical specifications

Ensure that coils are in an upright position

Our load-lifting equipment is welded together by certified specialists in accordance with the assessment group C-DIN EN 25817. At Axzion we work exclusively with tested 3.1b steel plates of S355J2G3 quality. We are proud holders of the advanced welding certificate, as per DIN 18800 and DIN 15018, for dynamic and static support structures.

Attention!

The coils, which must be in an upright position, should lie on timber slats; the individual slit-strip coils must be bundled together tightly. The operation of the coil tilt hook is only possible with small coils and requires careful operation. Narrow split strip coils can only be tilted in one direction! The minimum widths must not fall below the values given in the table.
