Unless stated otherwise, our load-lifting equipment is constructed in accordance with the currently applicable requirements of DIN EN 13155 (non-fixed load-lifting equipment). As per DIN EN 13155, this allows for a maximum of 20,000 load cycles under full load. In this way, the lifespan of the load-lifting equipment is reached.
Our coil hooks are available in the following design
Robust design made of high-quality steel backed with a material test certificate. The support arm points upwards with a tilt of approx. 3° under load; the coil hook is kept horizontal with the counterweight when not under load.
- The high quality coil hook can be protected through the use of secutex impact protection, a polyurethane compound material with outstanding toughness. secutex impact protection can be applied to the upper part of the prong and to the back inside portion
- Safeguarding from slipping
- Supporting frame, with suitable construction for this purpose
