Mobile coil store
It is becoming increasingly important to protect the manufactured sheet metal coils or those that are awaiting further processing. Sensitive foil coils, sometimes of a considerable weight, are regularly subjected to pressure points as a result of improper storage. These then cause problems during forming.
The secutex coil mat and mobile coil storage have been designed for simple and fast intermediate storage. They can be used individually or in multiples depending upon the coil width.
secutex is an extremely robust and hardwearing type of polyurethane. secutex impact protection is resistant to the majority of oils and greases unlike most other types of rubber and recycling materials.
Mobile coil store with breadboard
A mobile coil store which has been specially developed for slit strips contains, just like its big brother “secutex COILPROTECT”, a moulded steel breadboard, into which steel tubes can be inserted in order to protect the system from tipping up (TYPE “SCL-FS”). Furthermore, the storage of sensitive goods is not a problem. If desired, you can order the steel-tube set with a secutex protective coating and our “attachment security system” which provides a quick and secure way of storing items of relatively small diameter.
